Why did Gunn decide to sell vehicles for 'one simple price?' |
|
Traditionally dealerships make customers negotiate with professional sales people. The sales people control the vehicle's selling price based on the customer's ability to haggle and the salesperson's need for a commission.
Mr. Gunn felt this way of doing business was wrong and he decided to change the culture in which we do business. He thought it was better for everyone to get a fair price and be comfortable knowing that they did not pay more for a vehicle than any other Gunn customer. All of Gunn's prices are fair, upfront, and very competitive.

Why can't I negotiate the price? |

Our customers told us that they wanted to buy their vehicles in a hassle-free, negotiations-free environment. At Gunn we've pre-negotiated the deal and have given the customer a better price up front than they might eventually get after hours of haggling at another negotiating dealership. |

Why aren't your salespeople paid a commission for the sales? |
|
|
We don't want a trained professional salesman selling a vehicle to you based on the amount of money he's going to make. This is an unfair situation for the customer. Our salespeople are paid a flat amount per vehicle, regardless of which vehicle they sell. It doesn't matter if the dealerships make a profit or loses money, our sales staff are paid the same. They are here to help you find the right fit for you. |

Who appraises my vehicle for Trade In value, and how? |
|
|
The Manager or Vehicle Buyer will decide your vehicle's value. They are regularly involved with regional car auctions, and will use a variety of tools to determine the value. These tools include comparing your vehicle to those in our current or recent inventory, and dealer auction results. |

Why does my Trade In value differ between dealers? |
|
|
The actual dealer value can vary because each dealer uses the current market value in their area to determine the value. Once a trade-in value is calculated Gunn will give you a check... |
